INSPECTION: BY BUYER NOMINATED SGS ON BUYER'S EXPENSE
NON NEGOTIABLE PROCEDURE:

1. Buyer issues ICPO with full Bank details. (CP+FULL BANK INFO also acceptable)

2. Seller issues issues SPA for spot + contract to counter sign-seal by buyer and return back to Seller, and the same day buyer returns back the signed-sealed SPA to Seller and Seller issues Commercial Invoice.

3. Buyer issues MT199 free swift message only, not a cash back and not a block fund to Seller's bank and Seller's bank reply with swift POP bank to bank, and at same day if the time suitable for both sides the meeting and Dip Test can be started.

4. Buyer pays by TT or MT103 upon successful the Dip Test

5. Monthly shipments as will be agreed in SPA.

Note: buyer will issue ICPO or at least buyer will issue CP and inform all buyer's company details with address and bank coordinates for issuing SPA/ CI by seller.

SELLER ONLY ACCEPTS BANK IN UAE
